Australian Flag Patch PVC
The Australian flag is a symbol of national pride and unity, embodying the history, spirit and aspirations of the nation. The current design has been in use since 1901 when it was chosen to represent the newly formed federation of Australia. It features a dark blue background with the Union Jack on top left corner, representing its British heritage. In addition, there are five white stars arranged in a Southern Cross constellation which symbolize each state and territory within Australia. Finally, there is an additional small star at the base of the flag which represents all Aboriginal people living within Australia's borders. Together these elements form an iconic representation of one country - united under one banner - that stands proudly among nations around the world.
